Bobcat Company and its employees recently came together to support communities through Doosan Bobcat Community Days and the company's annual Fall Giving Campaign — contributing both hands-on volunteer support and charitable donations that made a meaningful impact in the communities where employees live and work.
Doosan Bobcat Community Days
As part of Doosan Bobcat Community Days, employees across North America and other global locations participated in volunteer projects supporting local nonprofits and community organizations.
These efforts supported initiatives focused on education, environmental stewardship and community development. In many cases, Bobcat equipment was used to help complete projects more efficiently, reinforcing the company's ability to make a tangible difference in the communities it serves.
More than 200 employees contributed 2,000 volunteer hours in support of community projects across North America. Key initiatives included clearing and creating nature trails, picking up litter, renovating community camp sites and planting trees.

"Doosan Bobcat Community Days brings our employees together around a shared purpose, creating positive impact in the places where we live and work while demonstrating our commitment to being a responsible community partner."
Fall Giving Campaign
In addition to volunteering during Doosan Bobcat Community Days, employees also supported their communities through charitable giving during the company's annual Fall Giving campaign.
Bobcat employees in the North America region supported nonprofit organizations of their choice, with Bobcat matching donations to amplify the impact of each contribution. By combining volunteerism with charitable giving, the campaign provides employees with flexible ways to support causes that matter most to them — while helping strengthen communities.
In total, Bobcat and its employees donated more than $100,000 to 80 nonprofit organizations across North America. Bobcat matched donations dollar-for-dollar — up to $3,000 per employee—expanding the overall impact of employee contributions.
"Supporting organizations our employees care about is core to who we are at Bobcat," said Breuer. "Our Fall Giving campaign is designed to help our employees' generosity go further while supporting nonprofits that are making a meaningful difference in our communities."
Throughout the year, Bobcat partners with organizations that advance its community engagement priorities, including STEM education, workforce development and disaster relief. As part of this commitment, the company recently announced a $1 million multi-year investment in the Fargo-Moorhead Science Museum to help develop hands-on STEM experiences that inspire future generations.
Bobcat also expanded its partnership with The Salvation Army through an additional $465,000 equipment donation — bringing total contributions to more than $1.35 million since 2024.
Together, these efforts reflect Bobcat's broader approach to community impact — supporting the communities it serves while empowering employees to take an active role in creating positive change.
