The Boca Raton Resort Condominiums officially broke ground on the first of a series of mid-rise buildings for luxury condominium living. A ceremonial first palm tree was planted at the entrance to the resort, located south of the Strip at Las Vegas Boulevard and Serene Road.
The $400-million condominium project will consist of four seven-story mid-rise buildings with 756 luxury condos. Phase One is scheduled for completion in February 2006.
The condominiums will cater to both high-end year-round residents and vacation homebuyers who are looking for a luxurious part-time residence.
“We are very excited to begin construction on what will become Las Vegas’ premier luxury condominiums,” said Jerry Peterson, managing partner of Boca Raton Resort Condominiums. “This area of Las Vegas is experiencing a vast amount of high-end growth, and we’re happy to be getting in on the ground floor.”
Residents of Boca Raton Resort Condominiums also will have access to a large retail mall that is scheduled for construction just south of the property, and there are two large casinos in either the planning stages or already under construction.
Boca Raton Resort Condominiums is a collaborative effort between Palm Beach Resort Condominiums LLC, Pierce Goodwin Alexander and Linville (PGAL), designers of the project, Las Vegas-based Wright Engineering and the UPA Resort Construction Group is the General Contractor.
