Brian MacFarland has joined Equipment Parts Wholesale in Fresno, CA, as the new general manager.
“Brian is a great addition to our management team here at EPW,” said co-owner Craig Braun. “He has extensive experience in aerial lift products and has contacts throughout the industry. We are growing rapidly and Brian will be a big help to us.”
MacFarland’s work experience in the Rental Industry includes technical support, sales, marketing and management. Most recently he has been serving as parts and operations manager for UI Distribution North America.
As owner of Best Rents Party Rental in Clovis, CA, he has learned first hand all the necessary management skills.
Other experience included a year as regional sales manager for Best Access Systems in San Jose. MacFarland managed the sales territory for this alarm and closed circuit television company and coordinated installation of orders.
Earlier he served as technical support manager for UpRight Inc. in Selma, CA.
Equipment Parts Wholesale was started by Craig Braun and Jim Tolle, both former employees of UpRight Inc., in July 2001 as a source for OEM parts (sold at wholesale prices) for scissors and boom lifts.
