Bursich Associates Inc.’s White Horse Village Project in Edgemont Township, Delaware County, was named a featured Gold Medal Winner at Building of America. The project, offering a full continuum of resident care on 96 acres, involved an expansion and upgrades to the existing facility. The Building of America Network showcases innovative and unique projects that give back to their communities.
Bursich’s role on the project team was to provide complete land surveying and site development for the renovations and new villa residences. This project incorporated a combination of stormwater management best management practices and sensible site layout, while requiring the navigation of complex local, county and state permitting processes.
“It’s always fulfilling to be involved in a project like White Horse Village that provides a valuable service to the community,” said Senior Project Manager Nick Feola, “We were thrilled to be a part of the project team that helped to expand and upgrade this facility for its residents.”
