Bursich Enhances Land Development, Gov’t Services

Bursich Associates Inc., a full-service civil engineering and surveying firm based in Pottstown, Pa., has hired two engineers. C. Craig Forwood will serve as senior project engineer within the Land Development Division and Robert F. Preston Jr. has been named managing engineer for the firm’s Government Services Division.

Forwood comes to Bursich from Horizon Engineering Associates where he served as senior project manager. He will work out of Bursich’s Pottstown headquarters.

With nine years of experience in private sector subdivision and land development and municipal services, Forwood also is a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and the American Water Works Association (AWWA).

Preston, who will be working out of the Southampton and Lansdale offices, comes to Bursich from Patton Harris Rust Associates where he served as project manager on residential and commercial developments. He has 10 years of experience in the water/waste water-engineering field.

Preston is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, Eastern Pennsylvania Water Pollution Control Operators Association, and Pennsylvania Municipal Authorities Association.
