Bursich Associates Inc., a full-service civil engineering firm based in Pottstown, Pa., has added William J. Rountree as director of land development. He comes to Bursich after working as an independent land acquisition and development consultant.
With more than 18 years of experience in the areas of civil engineering design, land development project management, and land acquisition in the Philadelphia region, Rountree offers a broad range of industry knowledge.
Rountree will manage Bursich’s Land Development Division in the Pottstown, Leesport, Lansdale, and Southampton, Pa., offices. His responsibilities include division leadership, management and professional development of the firm’s engineering team, quality assurance of all projects, and business development.
“Bill will take our Land Development Division to the next level in today’s challenging market,” said Scott Exley, president of Bursich Associates. “He will bring a new level of leadership, organization, and efficiency to this division. We also are excited about this move since it will allow Nick Feola to apply greater focus in his role as senior project manager.”
Rountree is a registered Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania. He also is a member of various organizations including the American Society of Civil Engineers, Chester County Chamber of Commerce, and National Association of Homebuilders.
