Buyers Products, a work truck equipment manufacturer, highlights the SnowDogg VXXII, a 10-1/2-ft. V-plow engineered for heavy-duty snow and ice removal on Class 4-6 trucks.
Designed for contractors, municipalities, and fleets tackling large-scale snow removal operations, the VXXII combines an expansive 10-1/2-ft. wingspan with the rugged construction required for demanding applications, according to Buyers Products.
The wings on the VXXII extend from 35 in. at the center to 45 in. at the outer ends, providing a wide clearing path and the ability to move substantial volumes of snow efficiently.
SnowDogg engineers, product managers and manufacturing personnel worked directly with snow and ice contractors across the country to evaluate prototypes and incorporate feedback from real-world applications.
"It took us several tries to really nail the design," said Scott Moorman, director of snow and ice equipment, Buyers Products. "The feedback from our field testers was an integral part of the process. After all, who knows what a plow needs better than the people using it every day?"
Built to handle large amounts of heavy, wet snow, the VXXII features a 304 stainless steel blade and flared wings designed to withstand the demands of heavy-duty plowing.
The plow also incorporates SnowDogg features, including the RapidLink Attachment System and Floating A-frame, helping simplify attachment and provide reliable performance in challenging conditions, according to Buyers Products.
The combination of size, strength and field-tested design makes the SnowDogg VXXII well suited for large commercial properties, municipalities, contractors and other operations where maximizing snow-clearing productivity is critical.
