CAT Auction Services held a successful auction with Carter Machinery at Carter’s Richmond, Va., location on Oct.18. Bidders gathered to vie for a variety of equipment and other items for the construction and mining industries and to catch up with friends and colleagues from around the area as well as from out of state.
