Local New York news affiliate WABC is reporting that a construction vehicle flipped backward while entering a construction site in Midtown Manhattan Monday morning.

The accident happened at West 30th Street and Sixth Avenue.

The boom on the truck struck a parked NYPD van.

No one was in the van at the time, and there were no injuries reported.

According to WABC, construction workers reported that it appears the driver was trying to maneuver it over the sidewalk into the construction site at about 8:45 a.m.
