CASE Construction Equipment has selected Archer as its lead strategy and public relations agency for North America, signaling a new chapter in how the brand connect with customers, dealers and the industry it serves.

Archer brings strategic and creative muscle that CASE plans to put behind sharper storytelling, stronger customer spotlights and deeper ties with dealers and the wider construction industry. The two companies will also develop new ways to put the people who operate, sell and service CASE equipment — and the equipment itself — at the center of the CASE brand.

"CASE has always been driven by a commitment to innovation, performance and partnership," said Terry Dolan, vice president of CASE Construction Equipment and head of CNH Construction, commercial, Americas. "As we look ahead, we're putting the same energy and determination into how we tell the CASE story as our customers put into every job site. This partnership means celebrating the people behind our success, showing what our equipment does in the field and building real connections across the industry. The future is bright for CASE, and we can't wait to bring it to life."

"We have an extraordinary brand, passionate customers and dealers and no shortage of stories worth telling," said Dena Gomez, senior manager, marketing, CASE North America. "Archer will help us bring our promise, 'Together, we won't back down', to life in powerful new ways: showcasing customers overcoming challenges and building their businesses, highlighting the expertise of our dealer network and putting a spotlight on the innovation behind our equipment. We're proud of what CASE has built and even more excited about what's next."

Archer was selected following a competitive agency review.

"2027 will be a milestone year as CASE celebrates 185 years and Archer marks 75 years," said Rob VanGorden, CEO of Archer. "Longevity like that doesn't happen by standing still. CASE has a remarkable legacy, a clear vision for the future and some of the best stories in the industry. We're honored to partner with the team to help tell those stories and build even greater excitement for the brand in the years ahead."
