Groff Tractor & Equipment Inc. has been named a Diamond Dealer by Case Construction as a part of its Case Partnership Program. Groff was awarded the designation based on achieving success across every key area for dealers, including distribution development, product and parts support, and training. Less than 20 percent of Case dealers nationwide meet Diamond Dealer requirements.

“We are proud to receive this designation from Case, ” said Mike Savastio, president and CEO at Groff Tractor and Equipment. “It shows our commitment to growing the brand and working hard to serve our customers. I want to thank our dedicated team of employees for the outstanding service they provide every day and for helping us achieve Diamond status again this year.”

Groff has reached significant market share increases in several categories. It has improved its product support services by providing 24 hour parts deliveries consistently, along with onsite technician availability. Groff has exceeded Case’s requirements for service trucks and has logged steady improvements in parts sales and operations. All parts and service personnel receive extensive training, as does management.
