DICKINSON, N.D. (AP) - No criminal charges will be filed in the death of a Bismarck man at a construction site in Dickinson.

The remains of 30-year-old Eric Haider were found last May, three years after he went missing at a work site where he had been working with a plumbing company.

Police say Haider was buried alive, and there was nothing suspicious in the autopsy report.

KXMB-TV reports (http://bit.ly/1PzTfSf ) that Stark County State's Attorney Tom Henning declined to file any charges, and the case is closed.
