Caterpillar Launches 5 New Equipment Models

Caterpillar Inc. is launching five new Cat products, the machines will be on display and available for attendees to operate at Equip Exposition, Oct. 21-23, 2026 in Louisville, Kentucky.

Caterpillar Inc. is launching five new Cat products, including three models previewed earlier this year at ConExpo-Con/AGG: the TUL100 compact utility loader, 253 compact track loader, 301 CR micro hydraulic excavator and 302.4 and 302.6 mini excavators.

The machines will be on display and available for attendees to operate at Equip Exposition, Oct. 21-23, 2026 in Louisville, Kentucky.

• Cat TUL100 compact utility loader: With a rated operating capacity of more than 1,000 lbs, the Cat TUL100 combines compact dimensions, multiple track-width options and a range of attachments for reliable, versatile performance in confined spaces.

• Cat 253 compact track loader: Building on the Cat 259D3 platform, the Cat 253 combines a 2,006-lb rated operating capacity with a next-generation undercarriage and C-pattern tracks for grading, stability and traction in soft conditions while supporting easier transport between job sites.

• Cat 301 CR micro hydraulic excavator: Designed for indoor, demolition, agricultural and landscaping applications, the Cat 301 CR fits through 30-by-78-in. doorways and combines simple controls, a compact-radius design and an expandable undercarriage for improved stability and lift capacity.

• Cat 302.4 and 302.6 mini excavators: The new 2.4- and 2.6-t. models combine easy transport with improved productivity, travel, lifting, digging and trenching performance.
