In a strategic move aimed at expanding market presence and enhancing product offerings, the ownership group at Jorden Industries, owners of Clement Trailers and Hilbilt Trailers, announced the acquisition of Summit Trailer Sales Inc. This acquisition further solidifies Clement Industries' stature as an industry leader while opening new avenues for growth and innovation.
