Condux International is helping contractors maximize the performance, safety and longevity of their cable installation equipment with Condux University, a comprehensive training program developed by the same experts who engineer and manufacture the company's industry-leading products.

Condux University combines online learning, hands-on classroom instruction and on site training to give equipment operators the knowledge and confidence to use Condux products safely, efficiently and effectively.

The program covers proper equipment operation, safety procedures, maintenance best practices and real-world application techniques that help reduce downtime, improve productivity and extend equipment life.

Participants have a self-paced online training prerequisite, as well as instructor-led, hands-on courses at the company's headquarters in Mankato, Minnesota. For organizations seeking training at their own facilities, Condux also offers customized on-site instruction led by experienced product specialists.

"Providing exceptional equipment is only part of our commitment to customers," said a Condux University Training Specialist Cole Herding. "Condux University ensures contractors have the knowledge and practical skills to get the most from every piece of equipment while operating safely and efficiently in the field."

Condux University is open to both new and experienced cable installation professionals seeking to improve jobsite performance and operational excellence. The training program is consistent with the guidelines set forth by the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE) and the Learning Alliance Corporation (LAC).
