Ted McKeon, president and publisher of Construction Equipment Guide (CEG) has announced the promotion of Patrick Kiel to the position of key accounts manager. Kiel has been an account representative of CEG for 16 years.
"Since 2006 when Patrick joined Construction Equipment Guide, he has shown extraordinary skills in working with and developing marketing programs with our customers in the midwestern and northwestern regions of the United States," said McKeon. "Under Patrick's guidance, Construction Equipment Guide has experienced tremendous growth in both print and web-based advertising sales. Patrick also has developed the ability to gather pertinent industry knowledge and trends and uses that information to help his clients achieve their marketing goals."
In his new position as key accounts manager, Kiel will be working with other CEG account representatives across the country meeting with key accounts who tend to market on a national scope using CEG's complete package of print and web-based offerings.
"Particularly over the past decade, the variety of tools that Construction Equipment Guide has to offer its customers has broadened significantly," said Kiel. "Print is still very much a key part of our product offering. Web-based products such as banner advertising, email marketing and social media marketing have been a growing segment of our platform for some time.
"Advertising on the Google ad network is our newest product offering, which opens up a new world of opportunities for our customers," he said.
