After 12 years of proven performance working in the construction laser and machine control industry, John Rosier recently opened his own sales, service and rental facility in McDonough, GA.

Starting his professional career as a service technician for construction lasers and instruments, Rosier quickly worked his way into a sales territory in south Georgia. His sales experience and abilities rapidly landed him a sales territory in the blossoming Atlanta and north Georgia markets, where he consistently proved to be a top sales producer.

In mid-August, Rosier opened the doors to Construction Laser, which primarily supports the Leica Geosystems line. The company also carries David White, CST, PLS and others, serving the entire state of Georgia. As a full-service facility, Construction Laser is able to service the equipment it sells as well as competitor’s models. Rosier, lead technician Steven Bridges, and the entire staff are looking toward growing the company and are continuously involved in ongoing technical training with Leica Geosystems.

Rosier believes his success stems from the pride he takes in making sure the customers’ needs are met, which means doing whatever it takes to keep the customers’ equipment up and running.

“Coming from a service oriented background helps me to be in tune with what the customer needs,” said Rosier.

Rosier attributes much of his success to the mentoring he received from his previous employer, Billy Padgett, an icon in the Georgia market in this industry for more than 25 years.

“Through my career and daily, there’s one thought that always stays on my mind and continues to drive me. If I don’t take care of my customer, someone else will,” Rosier said.
