Tampa Machinery Auction, Inc. is the largest regularly scheduled public auction in the southeast specializing in vehicles and equipment for Government agencies, Public Utilities, as well as Public and Private Corporations. We also re-market vehicles and equipment for leasing companies and financial institutions. Every auction will consist of items numbering in the thousands, from passenger vehicles to heavy trucks, from lawn mowing equipment to heavy earth moving equipment. We have something for just about everyone. Tampa Machinery Auction is a proud member of the National Auctioneers Association, the world’s largest professional auctioneering organization.
Three Ways to Bid on Tampa Machinery Auction Equipment
Tampa Machinery Auction offers three different methods for bidding. Some items are available on a live auction basis only, meaning you must attend the live auction held on the second Saturday of each month at our Tampa, FL-area facility. The second option is pre-bidding, which enables those who are unable to attend the auction to place bids on specific items in advance. Finally, online bidding allows you to conveniently place bids on items via the Internet. Online items are not made available for bid at the live auction.
Auctions Offer Numerous Benefits for Buyers and Sellers
Whether you are an equipment buyer or seller, using the services provided by Tampa Machinery Auction offers a number of important benefits. Buyers get the benefit of a competitive bidding process that enables them to purchase equipment at fair market value; the buyers actually determine the final purchase price instead of the seller. Buyers can also get the equipment they need quickly without having to engage in a drawn-out negotiating process. The buyer knows the seller is truly committed to selling the piece of equipment and isn’t just testing the waters.
For the seller, the Tamp Machinery equipment auction process puts them in contact with numerous pre-qualified buyers with an immediate need to fill, greatly increasing the likelihood of making the sale. This eliminates the time the equipment might otherwise spend on the open market. It also decreases the carrying costs associated with housing a piece of equipment that is no longer needed.
