Diamond Equipment Inc. opened in Nashville, TN, on May 3 at the former Equipment Support Services (formerly United Equipment) location.
The company, based in Evansville, IN, purchased the Case construction equipment dealership from Equipment Support Services to break into the Nashville market. The new addition places Diamond Equipment in four states: Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky and Tennessee.
Diamond Equipment President Dave Clement said putting the customer first and striving for zero downtime has fueled the company’s growth.
Diamond Equipment was founded in 1969 and has grown steadily. It started out as a single location with five people and now has five locations employing more than 50.
Diamond Equipment sells, leases, rents, services and carries parts for the complete Case line. The company also sells and services Kobelco excavators, Stone concrete mixers, Allied attachments, Wacker vibratory rammers, Hyundai excavators, American augers, Vibromax, SkyTrak forklifts and a variety of used equipment.
Once situated, the company will hold a grand opening, noted Vice President Brent Burke, who is serving as the interim branch manager in Nashville.
