Dressta North America Promotes Bob Olson to Veep

Dressta North America has promoted Bob Olson to vice president of sales and marketing.

In his new role, Olson is responsible for all machine sales, marketing and service support for Dressta products in the United States and Canada.

Olson joined Dressta North America in 2006 as manager, distribution planning and development and has been instrumental in achieving the company’s distribution growth objectives.

“Since joining Dressta, Bob has demonstrated an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the important elements involved in establishing a strong distributor network to provide the highest level of support to our customers. He also understands the importance of maintaining good working relationships between Dressta and our distributors. I am confident Bob will provide strong leadership in developing and achieving the company’s sales goals and maintaining a high level of service support to our distributors,” stated Tom McGonigle, president of Dressta North America.

Olson is an industry veteran with more than 30 years experience in sales, marketing and distributor development functions. He has previously held management positions in each of these areas with several major equipment manufacturers.
