Company Wrench has become the newest distributor of Drumcutters hydraulic excavator attachments. Drumcutters German manufactured products are based around a cutting technology using carbide tipped teeth to crush, grind or cut hard materials. Their attachments are designed to be robust, long lasting and low maintenance while using the hydraulic power available from the excavator to achieve maximum productivity.
Founded in 1999, Company Wrench is an Ohio-based company focusing on the manufacturing, sales, rentals, parts and service of scrap, demolition, and construction equipment. Headquartered in Carroll, Ohio, Company Wrench operates major markets in 10 locations across the United States including locations in Ohio, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, New Jersey and Kentucky. Each branch offers Company Wrench's high standard of customer service with fully staffed service and parts departments. In addition to Drumcutters, Company Wrench's large equipment inventory also includes Kobelco, Terex Fuchs, JCB, Fecon, Stanley and LaBounty attachments, and much more.
“We are excited to have embarked on this partnership with Drumcutters and to grow our already large selection of excavation attachments; to provide our customers with an even greater selection of options at their disposal. The joint commitment that Company Wrench and Drumcutters have to Customer Service makes this a perfect fit,” said Cam Gabbard, president of Company Wrench.
Established in Arizona in 2010, Drumcutters has been both renting and selling its range of excavator attachments to contractors all over the United States. For Drumcutters, customer support is very important and providing this service to job sites located at great distances from the warehouse can be difficult and expensive. Although drum cutter attachments have been widely used in North American mining and tunneling operations for several years, they are still relatively unknown to many civil engineering companies. For this reason, Drumcutters prefer to work with local dealers who can make sure that the customer has the right size attachment for the job, that the attachments are installed correctly and that the customer gets enough training to ensure that the product will give good production rates without unnecessarily high operating costs.
Company Wrench has worked on the basis that expert knowledge on attachments combined with top quality service is a recipe for success in growing sales and rentals for their large fleet of excavators. With the addition of the Drumcutters range of attachments, Company Wrench is able to provide an extra option for its customers; one that provides operating characteristics completely different to the more established range of breaker attachments. Since providing its first drum cutter for rent in early 2015, Company Wrench has seen first-hand some of the benefits that its customers are experiencing.
