Esco's HD wheel loader buckets are available in 6.5 to 14.0 cu. yd. capacities for 300 to 800 hp class machines.
The robust design delivers enhanced durability and comes standard with the Ultralok tooth system. Esco General Purpose (GP) Class
Esco offers a competitive line of GP wheel loader buckets ranging from 2.0 to 9.0 cu. yd. capacities for 100 to 400 hp class machines.
The buckets feature forward projecting side reinforcement plates to reduce spillage and AR400 protection in high wear areas; and come standard with a spill guard, bolt-on skid shoes and bolt-on cutting edge.
Available with direct- pin or quick coupler connections; and option to include Ultralok points and bolt-on adapters. The bucket was developed for more production with lower fuel consumption than conventional designs.
Esco Extra Heavy Duty (XHD) Class
Available for all popular OEM wheel loaders used in tough aggregate and mining operations, ESCO XHD buckets feature heavier plate lug connections, beams and gussets to match extreme digging requirements.
The XHD buckets feature the Ultralok tooth system — or for larger machines, the Nemisys N65 or N70 system.
In addition to fully cast lip and wing wear protection, Esco offers custom engineered interior and exterior wear packages. The XHD loader bucket delivers exceptional durability and performance in extreme conditions with lower maintenance requirements, the manufacturer said.
