FAYAT Group to Acquire LeeBoy

The FAYAT Group is set to acquire LeeBoy from ST Engineering, a U.S.-based company specializing in road construction machinery. The acquisition aims to enhance FAYAT's presence in the U.S. market. The deal is pending regulatory approvals and is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2025.

The FAYAT Group has agreed to acquire LeeBoy from ST Engineering. LeeBoy is a U.S.-based company that designs and manufactures road construction machinery.

LeeBoy is headquartered in Lincolnton, N.C., north of Charlotte. FAYAT Group expects the deal to further strengthen its presence in the U.S. road machinery market because LeeBoy has a considerable stake in this segment.

The completion of the transaction remains subject to certain conditions, including customary regulatory approvals in the United States. The FAYAT Group said that it expects to obtain these approvals and finalize the acquisition of LeeBoy during the fourth quarter of 2025.
