Jon M. Hall Company, a Florida site developer in residential, commercial and institutional site development, announced the company's expansion into Volusia County with the opening of a new Daytona office location.

The 42-year-old company's recent, current and projected work in Volusia County has triggered the expansion, and includes several large-scale projects including the Tanger Outlet Mall at LPGA and I-95, as well as various projects at Venetian Bay in New Smyrna and the upscale Integra Sands apartment complex in Holly Hill.

“We're extremely excited to have a formal presence in Volusia County with local operations to continue to serve our customers in the eastern part of the state,” said Jon Hall, owner of Jon M. Hall Company. “We're encouraged to see the construction industry continue to grow post recession and we're looking forward to being a part of the state's positive momentum.”

Jon M. Hall Company has grown nearly 17 fold since 2010 and is continuing to invest in new equipment and technology to bring site development into the 21st century. The new office, managed by industry veteran Tim Bayer and staffed with several crews including earthwork, utility, base, survey and other crews will utilize the latest software and communication systems for efficient and quality job production.
