Foley Inc. Names Bill Sturm as New Customer Support Rep

Bill Sturm has accepted the position of customer support representative of Foley Inc., covering Bergen, Passaic and Sussex counties in New Jersey.

For the past seven years, Sturm has held various marketing, sales and shop management positions at Dave Stern Inc., of Paterson, NJ. During his time there, Sturm developed the company’s tire business by implementing new systems and programs, which enhanced customer satisfaction. Prior to this, Sturm spent several years in the retail home improvement business, managing departments and implementing merchandising programs that were customer friendly.

In his role as customer support representative, Sturm will be able to leverage his varied customer experience to raise awareness of the parts and service capabilities of Foley Inc. in order to help solve customers’ product support problems.
