Grasan will discuss designing and building custom crushing and handling equipment and systems at booth 6815. These will include a 3,000-tph (2,721 t) tracked impact crusher, 1,500-tph (1,361 t) belt feeder hopper on tracks, specialized moveable modular conveyors and other examples of specialized aggregate, recycling and related equipment. Working closely with customers, Grasan can design/build total systems from scratch, or can integrate new equipment and systems into existing facilities for upgrade or expansion, according to the manufacturer.
Grasan engineers will research equipment, processes, recent developments and innovations related to the customer’s project. They also can do material analysis, product specification tests, system capacity checks or whatever is required. Grasan creates process flow charts to show how the system will work, including all components and their production capacities. Equipment is specified, costs itemized, and options spelled out to show costs versus benefits.
