Construction Equipment Guide

A project to improve drainage near Highway 1 and Cambria Drive began March 19.

This project includes building a bridge/overflow channel on Highway 1 north of the Santa Rosa Creek Bridge designed to prevent flooding in downtown Cambria. Additionally, the project includes the installation of traffic signals at Cambria Drive.

Cambria Drive will be closed at Highway 1 and is expected to remain closed for most of the project, which should be completed early next year.

The County of San Luis Obispo is the lead agency on this $2.4 million project.
