Hills Machinery is now a certified performance pro dealership. The parts and service team achieved this prestigious accolade from Case Construction Equipment by completing several rounds of rigorous training and testing requirements to meet service evaluation standards.

Connolly went on to define teamwork, saying "a real team is a group of 'individuals' that have their own ideas and beliefs. They enjoy working together; they respect, care and trust each other.
