Hills Machinery Co. opened a new facility in Raleigh, N.C., located at 1501 Hedingham Boulevard.

The facility is designed to increase the company’s Case coverage. Currently, there is no Case dealer in Raleigh and this new facility will bring the complete Case line back to the area.

“Hills Machinery is excited about the expansion into the Raleigh market. We hope to deliver the support to the long-term and new Case customers that they deserve,” said Billy Tedder, operations and sales manager. “We are looking forward to taking care of the customers.”

The 7,500 sq. ft. facility will have six service bays, the full line of Case construction equipment, repair, parts, rental and sales. Also available at the new facility will be Bell articulated trucks, Merlo telehandlers, striker hammers and more.

The facility will offer the full line of Case products to customers for rent. In addition, mini-excavators, dozers, rollers, paving equipment, skid steers, compact track loaders, articulating trucks and telehandlers will be available for rent.

Much of the training has stayed the same for the staff at the facility with a few upgrades. Some of the parts and service technicians that previously worked on Case equipment have been re-hired. New sales and parts employees also have been hired. These individuals are being trained on the Hill’s computer and the Case ordering systems. This training is designed to best assist the customer, according to the company.

Those looking for parts will find them at the new Hills Machinery facility. Approximately 95 percent of all parts will be available in stock. Any part that is not immediately available can be ordered, and should be available for pick up the next day.

“We are excited about the opportunity to expand our product offerings into Raleigh and surrounding areas,” said Jim Hills, owner of Hills Machinery. “We already have many valued customers there and this full-service branch allows us to deliver the product support they expect and deserve from their local Case dealer. We welcome the challenge to serve those customers and earn their business, no matter the brand product they need product support for. We will be there to help make our customers more successful.”
