HOLT Crane & Equipment, the Link Belt Crane Distributor for central, north, east and southeast Texas, has named Scott McDougle as general manager.

In his new position, McDougle will be responsible for managing all aspects of HOLT’s Link-Belt crane division. His experience includes 12 years in the crane industry where he worked for one of the oldest and largest crane dealers in the country.
