Honnen Equipment has announced the dedication of our brand new, state-of-the-art facility. Located at 1380 S. Distribution Drive, in Salt Lake City, Utah, the building spans 14 acres near the corner of Bangerter Highway and California Avenue. The massive concrete structure is over 60,000 square feet and required 480 loads, or 19,000,000 pounds of concrete to complete.

Dedicated on June 9th, 2014, the building sets new standards for form and function and is a showpiece for the area. Setting the standard for industrial facilities, the 22 full -service bays spanning 30,000 square feet allows Honnen technicians to service heavy equipment quickly and efficiently. The indoor wash bay keeps the equipment looking new, while the parts warehouse in this new building can accommodate more than 10,000 unique parts. The entire facility is dedicated to exceeding customer expectations.

According to the company, Honnen’s commitment to the local economy, its employees and customers is demonstrated by the scope of this project. Having more equipment on-site will allow for larger projects to move forward, and with the size of the new facility, along with increased parts and service capabilities, we can keep more equipment in the field instead of in the shop.
