The Illinois Association of Aggregate Producers (IAAP) will host its 42nd Annual Convention May 11, 2010, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Springfield, Ill.

IAAP has a few reminders for attendees.

Attendees are urged to make hotel reservations early. After the IAAP room block is gone, attendees won’t be able to obtain a room at the Springfield Crowne Plaza or adjacent Holiday Inn Express at the special member rate.

Second, associate members who want to exhibit at the Expo should send in their registration forms and make payment promptly. IAAP cannot officially assign a booth until it has received registration form and payment.

Lastly, attendees will be able to pay all 2010 convention registration and booth fees via credit card next year.
