International Surface Preparation Sets Up Regional Call Center

International Surface Preparation (ISPC) has announced a move to a larger customer service center in Houston, TX. The new facility enables International Surface Preparation to expand its resources to handle increased call volume.

In addition to the Houston facility, International Surface Preparation has four other regional call centers located in Rancho Dominguez, CA; Maple Grove, MN; Indianapolis, IN; and Burlington, Ontario. The purpose of regional call centers is to provide customized service on a local basis.

Customer Service Center (CSCs) are staffed by seasoned customer service representatives. ISPC’s customer support system is based on a “one call” approach that allows callers to have all of their technical application questions answered through a primary ISPC customer service center. Each call center houses product experts who are well versed in surface preparation applications and techniques.

Additionally, all call centers are centrally connected allowing for calls to be transferred to another expert if the caller has a special project or request.
