Despite some heavy rains in the area, LICA Executive Director Dan Rasmussen of Independence, Iowa, is pleased with the strong turnout for the event.

The Iowa chapter of the Land Improvement Contractors’ Association held a Midwest Construction Expo & Field Day July 27 and 28 at the Iowa LICA Farm outside of Melbourne, Iowa.

More than 1,000 contractors from across Iowa and the Midwest attended the two-day event. Manufacturers including Case, Link-Belt, Terex and Mustang had numerous pieces of equipment for attendees to check out and test drive.
