Ingersoll-Rand Equipment & Services (IRES) held its 2nd Annual Paving Seminar on Feb. 10 at the Radisson Hotel in Philadelphia.

The morning session was filled with seminars conducted by Steve Neal and Dale Starry, road institute instructors, and Mike Watt, product support representative of Blaw-Knox. Topics ranged from Best PAving Practices and Paver Maintenance and Safety to Achieving Mat Quality and Compaction Patterns and Principles.

The afternoon event gave attendees a hands-on view of Ingersoll-Rand’s line of paving, compaction and milling equipment –– including the ABG Titan paver –– and a chance to see Orange County Choppers’ custom-built Ingersoll-Rand Titanium motorcycle.
