USA Today is reporting that Verteran Driver Jeff Burton will be stepping away from full-time NASCAR racing. Jeff Burton’s contract with Richard Childress Racing was supposed to run through the end of 2014.

But when he realized there wasn’t enough sponsorship for the team to expand to four cars next season, Burton and Childress accelerated the 46-year-old’s exit.
