The New Jersey-based John Deere dealer finalized an agreement in February 2017 with Topcon Construction and Survey divisions, and its affiliate Sokkia, a premier provider of leading-edge GPS, laser and image analysis technologies.

Topcon has long been the benchmark of accuracy, quality and affordability in the automation of construction equipment and JESCO is proud to be able to deliver this level of technology to its customers, according to the company.

“This is an extremely exciting event. This product line complements JESCO's portfolio with Topcon's construction and geo-positioning equipment, and the opportunity also allows JESCO to continually push our boarders into new realms within the industry,” said JESCO's President, Jonathan Robustelli.

With 12 operational branches in the mid-Atlantic and northeast regions, JESCO's areas of responsibility for Topcon include New Jersey, New York's Hudson Valley and the five boroughs of New York City for Construction and Survey. Additionally, JESCO will service Maryland, Delaware, Washington D.C. and Northern Virginia for Topcon Construction.

With the capacity to supply John Deere Smart Grade machines and Topcon's construction controls, JESCO can now offer its customers a fully comprehensive, one-stop solution center.

“This partnership establishes a dynamic synergy between JESCO and Topcon by reinforcing JESCO's ability to offer the breadth of products our customers demand,” said JESCO's Vice President of Sales, Anthony Falzarano. “The combination of our long-standing experience in the industry, along with Topcon's technologically advanced tools and equipment, will further allow us to meet our customers' sales, service and parts needs.”

JESCO is making significant investments in its new facility, located adjacent to its current Lumberton, N.J., branch, where Topcon/Sokkia will be a primary feature. A dedicated sales staff will be hired to fully support the new clients within this industry segment and parts will be offered across all existing locations.

With 45 years of experience serving the construction industry, JESCO offers a full line of John Deere, Ditch Witch, Bomag, Hitachi, Genesis, Hydrema, Indeco, LeeBoy and Rosco products for sale, rental and service.
