JLG Industries Inc. recently announced that the company’s JLG and Gradall brand equipment received the top vendor ranking for product support from Hertz Equipment Rentals Corporation, one of JLG’s key customers.

The vendor ranking is based on annual evaluations of each vendor’s overall performance against a comprehensive scoring criteria for product support. Hertz’s vendor ratings model is based on a broad range of criteria including quality, technology and leadership. The top vendor ranking is the highest recognition a Hertz vendor can receive. Out of 54 key vendors, JLG and Gradall brands were at the top of the ranking for product support.
