JLG’s newest customer support center, located at 7820 Lincoln Ave., Riverside, Calif., just south of Los Angeles, provides equipment service, mobile tech support, parts stocks and used equipment for JLG equipment rental and distribution customers. Customers also can schedule operator, service and product training classes at the center.

This new facility is a key component of JLG’s strategy to provide a full spectrum of life-cycle enhancing services for its customers in convenient locations.

Joe Dixon, JLG’s global vice president and general manager for ServicePlus, explained, “Our customers tell us that the ability to extend the life cycle of their equipment is critical to enhancing their business, so we’re pleased that our fourth ServicePlus location offers a full spectrum of aftermarket products and services.
