John Payne recently joined Hills Machinery as the territory representative covering upstate South Carolina.

Payne joins the Hills Machinery team with nearly 30 years experience in the industry under his belt, with a focus on sales, management and customer satisfaction.

During those years, Payne refined his communication and interpersonal skills, putting them to use in maintaining existing customers as well as in bringing in new business. He also became a company mediator, settling issues between employees, company departments and customers. Sales presentations, needs assessments and increasing market shares also all come together in Payne’s extensive catalog of industry expertise.

Payne is looking forward to bringing his talents to the fore in his new role at Hills Machinery.
