J. Fletcher Creamer & Son’s Joseph T. Walsh Inducted as UTCA President

Joseph T. Walsh, UTCA’s president-elect and president of J. Fletcher Creamer & Son, will be inducted as the organization’s highest elected officer at the September Annual Convention of the association in Atlantic City, N.J. He is a graduate of Northeastern University where he majored in Civil Engineering.

In 1995, Walsh joined J. Fletcher Creamer & Son as a general superintendent of utilities. He was elected to vice president of utilities after only two years at the firm and six years ago, he was named president of the company. During his tenure with the Creamer firm, the company has grown from a $50 million to a $300 million annual enterprise, and the firm currently ranks 174 on the ENR top 400 contractor list.

Walsh has been a member of the UTCA board of directors for 10 years, currently serves as senior vice president and chairman of the association’s legislative committee. Over the years, he has served on a number of other association committees as well.
