Keystone Chapter, Associated Builders & Contractors Inc. (ABC), has announced the addition of Joseph L. Heller as interim member of the board of directors for the chapter.
Heller, safety specialist of The Horst Group, Lancaster, PA, has been actively involved with ABC for more than 20 years.
He has served on various committees with most of his effort being dedicated to safety promotion. He was chair of the Safety Committee, moderator of the Safety Forum from 1995 to 1998, and on the Legal Rights and Legislative Committees from 1999 to 2000, and the Legislative Issues Committee since 2001.
Heller has been with The Horst Group for more than 25 years.
