Keystone Chapter, Associated Builders & Contractors Inc. (ABC) — ABC Keystone congratulated this year’s recipients of the ABC Keystone Annual Endowment Scholarship. The purpose of this scholarship is to recognize outstanding undergraduate construction students enrolled full-time at Pennsylvania State University in Harrisburg.
In 1985-86, ABC Chapter President at the time, Dick Honabach, helped to create the ABC Endowed Scholarship, with the seed money of $10,000. The scholarship is based on need, GPA, activities, work experience/pertinence to construction field and evaluators. A committee ranks the individual applicants and then comes together to provide the final recommendations to ABC for review.
Selection procedure: selected by the committee on academic and athletic standards, awards, and scholarships, with the approval of the financial aid counselor.
This year’s recipients are:
• Monica Snyder, Halifax, Pa.

• Paul Zipprich, Hop Bottom, Pa.
