Kirby-Smith announced the hiring of Tom Montgomery as the new vice president of product support.
As VP of product support, Montgomery will be responsible for the growth and profitability of Kirby-Smith's parts and service business — balancing strategic collaboration with other executives and the management team, to develop company goals and objectives. He is tasked to ensure that Kirby-Smith is well positioned in an evolving, competitive environment by being an agent for organizational development and change. Montgomery's office will be headquartered in Kirby-Smith's Dallas, Texas, branch, providing additional corporate presence to Kirby-Smith's southern division.
A results-oriented leader with a reputation for growing revenue and leveraging competitive advantage, Montgomery is ready for the challenges of his new position.

He is quick to reference the importance of teamwork in regards to achieving his vision of success. “Every accomplishment is created by a team effort, no more or no less,” he said.
Montgomery brings to Kirby-Smith more than 40 years' experience in the construction industry, including experience in multiple senior executive positions for various distribution and manufacturing companies in North America and overseas. He most recently served as director of service operations for Brandt Industries in Regina, Saskatchewan, the largest privately held John Deere dealership in the world.
