Kodiak America announced the appointment of Statten Sanders as operations manager. In this role, Sanders will lead the company's manufacturing and operations functions, including oversight of procurement, parts and service operations.

Sanders brings more than 15 years of senior leadership experience in industrial, manufacturing and heavy-equipment environments. He most recently served as operations manager for a frac sand processing facility in Williston, N.D., where he helped build the operation from the ground up following early-stage research and design. Under his leadership, the facility grew to approximately $10 million in annual revenue while maintaining strong operational performance and safety standards.

Throughout his career, Sanders has demonstrated the ability to scale operations, improve efficiency and lead large teams in demanding industrial environments. Prior to his current role, he served as general manager for multiple organizations, including a startup oilfield services company where he helped grow the business from $15 million to $45 million in annual revenue by expanding facilities, scaling transportation operations and strengthening operational discipline.

"I have known Statten for many years and have been very impressed with his past success and leadership," said Jonathan Price, CEO of Kodiak America. "I am excited to have Statten join this team. Adding Statten allows us to move another individual who is very valuable to our organization to lead the sales and customer strategy team. I will soon announce this change in a separate announcement."

Sanders holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Agricultural Business and Agricultural Systems Technology from Utah State University and has extensive experience in operations management, safety programs, supply chain coordination and continuous improvement initiatives. He also is a certified welder and bilingual in English and Spanish.

At Kodiak America, Sanders will focus on strengthening manufacturing operations, enhancing supply chain efficiency and expanding parts and service capabilities to support the company's continued growth and commitment to customer service.
