Komatsu Unveils Training Facility at 2006 Quarry Days

- National Edition

Komatsu America Corp. opened this year’s Quarry Days with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at its Training Facility and Demo Site in Cartersville, Ga., Nov. 13.

The five-day event allowed professionals in a variety of construction industries the opportunity to learn about and test the latest offerings from Komatsu.

Product experts were on hand to answer questions and to walk attendees through the finer points of each machine.

Fifteen of Komatsu’s latest machines, including excavators, dozers, wheel loaders, trucks and graders were featured.

“By simulating multiple applications, customers experience firsthand how Komatsu’s equipment can increase productivity for their business and how our technology can support them in the real world,” said Erik Wilde, director of Marketing.
