Komatsu America Corp. has announced the purchase of four branches of Road Machinery, LLC. that will become company-owned facilities under the Komatsu Southwest banner.

The four locations, El Paso, TX; Carlsbad, NM; Albuquerque, NM; and Farmington, NM; will support Komatsu's long-term strategic plans to grow and strengthen the distribution channel.
