LA Glasgow, of Glasgow Inc., was recently nominated as one of Pennsylvania’s 50 Best Women in Business by Gov. Edward Rendell.

An awards ceremony will be held on May 23, 2005, at the Whitaker Center in Harrisburg to honor Glasgow and the other 49 women who were nominated.

To qualify, the nominee must be either a Pennsylvania resident or currently employed in Pennsylvania. The nominee also must be owner, partner, president, chief executive officer, board chair, in a senior executive management level position, or a woman with significantly authority in decision-making in a business or company.
