When it comes to heavy-duty, jobsite–ready screening equipment, Pitbull Screeners proudly stands behind a simple promise: American-made machines built to outlast and outperform. Every Pitbull unit is designed and assembled in the United States using American steel and American craftsmanship. The result is equipment that thrives in the harshest environments and keeps working long after the competition taps out.

For approximately two decades, Lake Erie Portable Screeners has been manufacturing rugged, portable Pitbull screening plants that combine high output with easy transport and low maintenance. The company's flagship model, the Pitbull 2300, has become a go-to machine for contractors, aggregate producers, landscapers, top-soil suppliers and recycling operations nationwide. Its reputation is rooted in performance, simplicity and reliability.

The Pitbull 2300 is built from fully welded structural tube steel frame engineered for maximum structural integrity. This heavy-duty design prevents twisting and cracking, even under continuous load or harsh operating conditions. The machine's dual-tier shaker deck offers a generous 42 sq. ft. of screen surface area, allowing operators to process large volumes of material quickly and efficiently. Quick-change screen panels make it easy to switch between materials — topsoil, mulch, compost, gravel, sand and even construction and demolition debris.

Under the hood, the 2300 is powered by a 74 hp Tier IV Final diesel engine, driving a fully hydraulic system. With no belts, chains or complex mechanical components, the power transfer is clean and efficient, resulting in fewer wear points, less downtime and lower operating costs. Setup takes approximately 15 minutes using the machine's built-in hydraulic jacks, and an adjustable stacking conveyor produces stockpiles up to 13 ft. high. At roughly 13,400 lbs., the Pitbull 2300 is easy to tow between job sites, yet rugged enough to stay in continuous production.

Because Pitbull controls the manufacturing process from start to finish, quality never takes a back seat. The company sources materials domestically whenever possible and assembles every unit under one roof. That level of control translates into shorter lead times, responsive service and fast parts support — benefits that contractors appreciate when deadlines are tight and uptime matters.

Complete Line of Portable Screeners

While the Pitbull 2300 is the star of the fleet, Pitbull Screeners offers a complete line of portable screening equipment to meet the needs of different applications and project sizes. The lineup includes:

• Pitbull 2300B box screener — compact and ultra-portable, ideal for tight job sites or smaller material producers. Sharing the same 42 sq. ft. screening surface as its big brother 2300.

• Pitbull 5700 — a high-capacity severe-duty screener for operations that require maximum throughput.

• Pitbull grizzly screens — heavy-duty rock and debris separators designed for the removal of the toughest materials before finish screening.
