Ronald Ritter (L), Howard L Ritter & Sons Inc., Lewis, Del., and Jerry Tucker, Liebherr Equipment Source, go over the Liebherr 946. The machine features a new maintenance concept for reduced downtime and increased efficiency. (L-R): Mike Shillinglaw and Chris Calton, both of Liebherr Equipment Source, and Scott and Tom Sullivan, Sullivan Eastern Inc., Durham, N.C., stand with the Liebherr R946 excavator. The modern design of the 724 affords an excellent view and the electronic Litronic control system means even the most precise grading can be carried out easily and safety. Because the transmission of force is optimized at all speed ranges, the 724 Litroni Tim Kraut (L), president of American State Equipment in Milwaukee, Wis., and Peter Mayr, president of Liebherr Construction Equipment Company, stand in front of the Liebherr 542 wheel loader. The Liebherr 566 wheel loader is well suited for the sand, gravel, crushed concrete and aggregate industries.
